Privacy policy

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

At Heritage Level we look after your privacy with the same care we bring to every project. This policy explains, plainly and without small print, what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

Heritage Business RBP, S.L.U. (NIF B72539554), with registered office at Paseo del General Martínez Campos 42, floor 6, 28010 Madrid. For any matter regarding your data, you can write to us at privacidad@heritagelevel.com.

2. What data we process and where it comes from

Only the data you provide when filling in the information request form: first name and surname, email address, telephone, your interest in the project and the language in which you prefer us to contact you. We do not collect browsing data: this website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data for one purpose only: to attend to your request for information about our projects and to hold the conversation you have asked for. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given when you tick the box on the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) when your request concerns a possible interest in purchasing. We do not build profiles or make automated decisions about you.

4. How long we keep your data

For as long as the conversation you have started lasts and, at most, two years from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal obligation requires a different period. After that, we delete it.

5. Who we share your data with

No one for commercial purposes: we neither sell nor transfer your data. Only the technology providers we need in order to operate (website hosting and email delivery) access it, and only so as to provide the service to us, acting as data processors under contract and following our instructions (Article 28 of the GDPR). We will also disclose your data where a legal obligation requires it.

6. International transfers

Some of our technology providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. In that case, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-US adequacy framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and to limit access to those who genuinely need it. The connection to this website is encrypted. No transmission over the internet is infallible, but we work to keep your data safe at all times.

8. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent you gave us (without this affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). To do so, write to us at privacidad@heritagelevel.com, proving your identity. If you feel we have not attended to you properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Minors

This website and its services are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly request or process minors' data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

We respect your privacy: this website uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, nor any third-party cookies. Cookie policy
